Corporate team-building events may be held for a 3 hour time period during the daytime or evening.
Sample daytime timeline is:
12noon – 12:30 pm The group will arrive and will mingle while enjoying an hors d’oeuvre.
We will welcome the guests, introduce the chef teachers, discuss the flow and agenda and competition criteria for the event.
The group will then divide into 4 or 8 teams (depending on group numbers). Each team will go to their designated cooking area to begin the ‘flavour circuit’ of 4 stations. We will guide the teams to their appropriate start area.
12:30 pm – 2:30 pm The teams will prepare their dishes, in rotation, in designated cooking areas.
Each group will make and eat 4 different items.
2:30 pm – 2:45 pm Dessert and coffee will be served. Team cooking awards will be presented.
3:00 pm The event is officially over.
